  Funeral for Mrs. Phyllis Madsen Mann will be conducted Wednesday noon at the Yale Ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1431 Gilmer Dr. (905 South).
  Mrs. Mann, 53, of 1380 Michigan Ave. (960 South), died of carcinoma Saturday at 1 p.m. in a Salt Lake City hospital.
  Friends may call at 260 E. South Temple Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
  Burial will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
