MR. C. KLEMKE
A familiar figure in Junee for many years, Mr. Carl Klemke, familiarly known as 'Paper Jack' for the fact that he always had copies of The Daily Advertiser folded under his arm, has died.

Of a 'nomadic' turn of mind of late years, he was formerly a farmer in the Henty district, where he has a number of relatives. On Monday the headmaster of the Junee North Public School (Mr. H. Whittaker) found Mr. Klemke huddled up on the verandah of the school. He was then in a state of coma, and was at once removed by ambulance to the Junee Hospital, where he gradually got weaker and died on Thursday.
