Shelia Gay Dunn, 56, of Devol, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 at Legacy Church of God in Wichita Falls with Pastor John Gardner, officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Randlett, Oklahoma under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Burkburnett.
Shelia was born on January 12, 1960 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Irvin and Wanda (Mann) Adams. On October 18, 1985, she married Rodney Dunn. Shelia was a member of Legacy Church of God. She loved gardening, but her true passion in life was her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Rodney Dunn of Devol, Oklahoma; three daughters, Katrina York and husband Daniel of Wichita Falls, Nona Laminack and husband Brad of Devol, Oklahoma, and Karrie Whaley and husband Mike of Burkburnett; two brothers, Darrell Adams of Grandfield, Oklahoma, and Danny Adams and wife Susan of Bowie; and seven grandchildren, Kaylin, Noah, Emma, Jack, Landry, Luke, and Lincoln.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Burkburnett.
