She was a life resident of Pulaski and graduated from Pulaski High School in 1970. She married Marty Braley on October 26, 1996. She was previously employed by Schoeller Paper and Nice & Easy Convenience Store, both in Pulaski, and Braley Adult Home in Altmar. Linda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, camping, and was an avid bingo player. Surviving: her husband, Marty; three sons, William Wood, Paul Wood and Joseph Wood, all of Pulaski; one stepdaughter, Dawn Militti of West Monroe; two stepsons, Scott Braley of Sandy Creek, Stephen Braley of Las Vegas; one brother, Michael Sampson of Rome; one sister, Nancy Davidson of Mexico; seven grandchildren.
