Born Tuesday, February 29, 1944 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late W. Clifford and Helen (Goodyear) Leppo.
Sally was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister; she loved her family and cherished the time they spent together. Sally loved animals, specifically horses; she had a large collection of horse figurines.
Sally is survived by her son, Ron Shipley and his wife Lisa of Hanover; three granddaughters, Kayla Dettinburn and her husband Chad of Gettysburg, Kristin Shipley of Hanover, Kendra Shipley of Hanover; a sister, Sandra Small and her husband Pius of McSherrystown. Sally is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Sally was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Leppo.
A service to celebrate the life of Sally will be held with Rev. Dr. Daniel M. Yeiser officiating. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover.
