Pauline Elizabeth Oliver, Long, 87, of Danville, passed away June 7, 2018 at Gretna Medical Center, Gretna. Born February 7, 1931 in Sumter, SC, she was the daughter of Moses Oliver and Annie Mary Ingram King. She was married to the late James C. Oliver, Sr., and later to Rev. Henry L. Long, who survives. She was the last survivor of her generation.
Survivors also include two sons, Kevin Oliver Williams (Anita) and James C. Williams, Jr.; two daughters Charlotte Williams and Penny Travis (Pastula); six grandchildren. She was also predeceased by four siblings, Louise Pryor, Josephine Carter, Ophelia King and Willie James Oliver.
Burial will be in Highland Burial Park.
