He was born in Plattsburgh, the son of Walter and Jane (Curtis) Kemp.
Kevin will be remembered mostly for his wonderful sense of humor, big heart and lifelong love of sports. He even named his beloved beagle, "Fenway".
Kevin was a retired correction officer and member of the CERT team at Clinton Correctional.
Left to cherish his memories include his loving wife of 30 years, Tammy (Ashline) Kemp; his mother, Jane Kemp of Plattsburgh; two sisters, Karen Morse, and Kim Duyst and her husband Mark; half sister, Vicky Tousignant and husband Ray; and Tammy's siblings, Alva Ashline and wife Jeannie, Janet LaClair and husband Darrel, Evie Ashline, and Bonnie Peets and husband Tim.
