Linda B. McAlister, 66, of Lewisville, NC, formerly of Martinsville, passed away April 14, 2017, at home. She was born December 22, 1949, in Newark, New Jersey, to John and Helen Balogh. She was a graduate of Arts High School in Newark. She had been a buyer for Macy’s. Linda was of the Catholic faith. Linda was preceded in death by a son, Johnathan Miles McAlister and a brother, Richard Kokinda.
She is survived by her husband, James Miles McAlister; a brother, Thomas Kokinda; two stepsons, Jeffery McAlister and James McAlister; a stepdaughter, Amanda Tucker.
Entombment will be at Fair Haven Memorial Park.
