Mary Evelyn Brown, 89 of Bogata, died on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in Paris Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Sunday, May 13 at 3:00pm under the Pavilion of Bogata Cemetery with Reverends Ray Evers and Carl Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Bogata on Sunday afternoon from 1:30-2:30PM.

She was born on May 9, 1929 in Winfield, Texas, the daughter of Walter and Millie Smith Harper. She married James L. Brown who passed away on December 23, 2012.

Survivors include her son, Frank Brown of Bogata; her grandson, Jamie Brown and wife, Dalila of Forney; sister-in-law, Jewel Harper of Bogata; brother-in-law, Ellis Brown of Talco; special friends: Carl Brown; John and Nina Stoner; Jason Akard and Family; Darrell Harper; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

The family wishes to acknowledge the loving care given by the Staff at Regency Nursing Home in Clarksville and Paris Regional Medical Center 5th Floor Nurses, Doctors, and Staff
