Jessie Mae Behannon 84, of Lumberton, Texas, passed away on Saturday May 12, 2018 in Beaumont, Texas.

She was born in Woodville, Texas, on June 26, 1933 to her parents Jesse and Annie Richardson Hyde.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willie Behannon; son, Roy Behannon and granddaughter, Cara Behannon.

She is survived by her three sons, Jimmy Behannon and wife Melinda, Mark Behannon and wife Lona and Johnny Behannon; four daughters, Patricia Morrison and husband Lee, Ruby Behannon, Belinda Hinson and husband Lionel and Judy Sattler; brothers, John “Bubba” Hyde and Richard Hyde; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Lindsey, Carolyn Macon and husband Joe andBetty Gandy and husband Don; fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

Jessie was a member of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed being an outstanding homemaker for her family. She also enjoyed gardening, fishing, and especially being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family stated that you could always count on a card from her for all occasions especially birthdays.
