Mr. Wyman worked for the Sims Barrel Co Inc. for 25 years and was part owner for 20 years, retiring in 1977. He was a charter member of the covenant Baptist Church, Kansas City, Kan. He was born in Rueter, Mo., and lived in this area most of his life.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel Wyman of the home; four sons, Bernie Wyman, Overland Park, Chester wyman, Murray, Utah, Thomas Wyman, Leawood, and Robert Wyman, Sandy, Utah; a daughter, Irene Stallard, Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Jane Chambers, Joplin, Mo., and Kate Hickman, Harrisonville; 15 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Fulton-Nickel Chapel; burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
