Juanita Lynn (Kellerman)Powell of Coventry, Rhode Island passed away Friday June 8,2018. Born on January 11, 1958 in Providence, RI. Wife of the late Joseph Jesse Powell and mother of Jonathan Michael Powell.
She was the daughter of Robert Lowell and Frances Carolyn (Texter) Kellerman. Juanita was the step-mother of Joseph Jesse Powell Jr. and Debbie Powell. She had 8 siblings, William Daniel Texter (Deceased), Robert Lowell Kellerman, Linda Louise Simmons, Carolyn Christine Barratt, Barbara Jean Nardolillo, Lillian Anne Donitzen, Daniel Isaac Kellerman and Melody Leigh Arnold.
Juanita also has Step-sisters and a step-brother, Kristen, Suzanne, Ellen and Robert (Deceased). Juanita was loved by all her family and was blessed with many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephew.
She worked in the jewelry industry for many years. She constantly worked with her hands especially in the areas of embroidery, crocheting & knitting. She loved to cook and was very good at it and loved inviting others to partake of the feasts she prepared. About 10 years ago Juanita accepted the Lord Jesus into her heart and it excited her to know that one day she would meet Jesus face to face. Juanita is finally whole again, she is absent from her body and present with her Lord.
