Per the obituary by Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home, Naomi was the last of several siblings. She was preceded in death by all of them except one sister-in-law, Ida. Her siblings were: Brothers, Roy Niblett and Edith, Edward Niblett and Lois, Cecil Niblett and Ida of Mansfield, AR. Sisters: Edna Mae & Noah Cass of Huntington, AR, Rachael and Bill Hubbard of Yuba City, CA, Flora and Omer Starr of Mountain Pine, AR, and Elizabeth and TJ Black of Abbott, AR.

Naomi grew up in Mansfield, AR and attended First Assembly of God church of Mansfield. She attended Droans Business College in Fort Smith, AR where she met her future husband Roger H. Roger. Together they raised six children, all of whom survive her and who were by her side during a long battle with Alzheimer's. Her children are William and Marsha, David and Brenda, Terry, Patricia (Trish) and Joe Walker, Claude and Joy, John Timothy and Karen, and one ex-daughter-in-law, Paula Rogers. Grandchildren are Chris Rogers, Crystal Kay Rogers (who preceded her in death), John Rogers and Angela, Ashley Payne and Sam, Mike Walker and Natalie, Jeff Walker and Leighanne, Tara Walker and Ashlyn, Dustin Rogers and Alicia, Jason Rogers, Kendra VanPelt and Eric, and Shaden
Allen and Cody. She was also survived by nine great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and step children and step grandchildren.

She was a lifelong member of the Llano Assembly of God Church which is now Uplift Church.
