Eleanor E. Ahner nee Ziegenfuss, 73, of Jim Thorpe died Monday, June 4 in Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Conrad Ahner, Sr.
Born in Mahoning twp., She was a daughter of the late Steward and Pauline (Muthard) Ziegenfuss.
She delivered the Times News to area subscribers for more than 15 years.
Survivors: Daughters: Pauline wife of Michael Brown; Alice Binder; sons: Conrad, Jr. and his companion, Noreen Markell, Douglas and his wife Keri; and LeRoy; 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Sisters: Mrs Mary Lauer, Mrs Betty Dunbar and Marie Gensey. Brothers: delroy and his wife Nora.
Services Private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by T. K. Thomas Funeral Home, Palmrton.

Memorial Services were held on June 9, 2018 at the Mormon Church.
Her ashes were later buried on her fathers grave.
