Sharon Vee Meyer, 79, of Boonville passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning June 7, 2018, at her home in Boonville.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 11 at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Josh Ketelsen officiating. Burial followed in the Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Sharon Meyer was born February 4, 1939 in Boonville, Missouri, the daughter of Riley and Juanita (Zelno) Holland. She graduated from Boonville High School in 1957 and later from Christian College (Columbia College). Sharon married her high school sweetheart on November 27, 1960 in Boonville, Missouri. She was a highly respected legal secretary for many years for Conway and Blank Law Office in Boonville. In her spare time, she loved flower gardening and creating memorable embroidery keepsakes.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Riley and Juanita. She is survived by her husband, a son, a daughter, a sister, three grandsons, as well as other family members and the many people who called her their friend.
