Stephen Dale Milligan, 72, of Hot Springs, Arkansas was called home to the Lord Thursday, June 7, 2018. He was born in March of 1946 in Batesville, Arkansas to Kent Sexton and Hazel Dene Cartwright.
He was a proud Recon Marine and grandfather.
Survivors: the love of his life, Marjean Bean; his children, Lisa Milligan, John Paul Milligan, Mellissa Epperson and Christie Milligan; and his granddaughter, Catherine Epperson.
Services will be Saturday, June 9, 2018 at The Glory Barn in Hot Springs at 10:00 A.M.. A family service will follow in Batesville.
