She was born January 11, 1926, in Mammoth Spring, AR, to Jacob Wesley and Lizzie Belle (Grubb) England. She was a member of the Local #60 Bookbinders Union in Kansas City, MO, before retiring to Fair Play.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Charles Miller; 2 brothers: Edgar and Everett England; and 4 sisters: Edna, Martha, and Maxine England, and Virgie Pohnert.
She is survived by her 3 daughters: Patricia “Ann” Weills and husband Edward, Marilyn Simmons and husband Phil, and Debbie Stewart and husband Wil; 8t grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
