He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Annie & Helen Huggins of Webster, Florida; sons, Randy (Daisy) Huggins of Webster, Florida, Dale Huggins of Webster, Florida, Jimmy Young of Webster, Florida, and Johnny (Sue-Lyn) Young of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida; daughter, Sherrie Huggins of Webster, Florida; brothers, Kenny (Joy) Huggins of Webster, Florida and Tony Huggins of Webster, Florida; sisters, Margaret Nelson of Webster, Florida, Shirley (Lamar) Parker of Webster, Florida, Judy (Mike) Foote of Webster, Florida, and Sandra (Donnie) Coleman of Webster, Florida; 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Mary Huggins and brother Roy Huggins.
