Paul grew up and attended school in Pernell and served his country in the U. S. Army during WWII. On February 5, 1949, Paul married Opal Faye Stewart in Gainesville, Texas. Foster has been their home where Paul farmed and ranched most of his life.

Danny Ray Ferguson and wife Bobbie Jo of Foster, Oklahoma
