Don Marshall Nelson of Goshen, OH. Born on April 8, 1938 in Hazard, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on June 6, 2018 at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of 57 years to Linda Lou (nee Noe) Nelson. Loving father of Wanda Meyers and James (Lori) Nelson. Proud Papaw of Amanda (Evan) Smith, Lacey Smith, David (Rachel) Smith, Jordan Nelson and Jacob Nelson. Caring great-Papaw of Addyson Smith, Levi Knapp, Blake Nelson and Sadie Smith. Dear brother of Ruth Estep, Jean (Dean) Mink, Paul (Angie) Nelson, Sue Beck and Ray (Linda) Nelson. Special cousin of Joyce Taulbee Jeanclerc. Cherished son of the late Leonard and Stella (nee Crockrell) Nelson. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Don proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a devout member of Springvale Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He owned and operated Don's Body Shop in Milford where he enjoyed restoring classic vehicles.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 10, 6 PM - 8 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held on Monday, June 11 at 12 Noon.

Interment with Military Honors, Myers Cemetery, Goshen Township, OH.
