He served in the US Army during the Korean War. Curt was a country boy, born into a farming family. His gentle way with annimals, and his love for dancing, prospecting, fishing, and especially, rockhounding and lapidary.
Funeral Services were held on Friday, September 30, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary, 10055 South State Street. A Viewing was held on thursday night at the mortuary from 6:00 To 8:00 P.M. and on Friday at the Mortuary from 11:45 A.M. to 12:45 A.M. prior to services.
Graveside Services followed at Lake Hills Memorial Park where he was buried beside his Beloved Wife, Zona.
