Becky made her transition from her earthly home to her Heavenly one on Sunday morning June 3, 2018. She will be so greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Carroll Wilborn Fisher. The two were happily married surrounded by those they loved on September 30, 2017. She is also survived by her son and daughter in law, Charles Mitchell Holt and Kaylee Elizabeth Holt., daughter, Jaimie Michelle Holt, Aunt Jeanette and sister, Deborah Bennet. Becky leaves as well, loved aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and treasured friends.

Becky was recently described by a dear friend as a wonderfully radiant and sassy personality. Those who knew her have surely experienced her keen and quick wit which could liven any situation. Becky was the kitchen manager at the local Holiday Inn for nine years, but also the Guest Experience Champion. And she was truly that, a Champion who touched countless lives in that little hotel dining room.

She was recently most excited about her soon to be born first grandchild. He may not get to experience her in person, but we will all make it our goal for him to know her in spirit. Stories of her uncontainable humor and irrepressible way of accepting life as it was dealt will certainly be a major part of his upbringing. May God bless us all as we carry on in honor of our loved ones.

A graveside service will be held at Dills cemetery, off of Fisher's Creek Road, on Unity Road, Thursday June 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm. It will be officiated by Pastor Mike Farmer of Lovedale Baptist church. Immediately following the service, food and fellowship will be graciously offered for all at the Best Western, 248 WBI Drive, Dillsboro, NC.
