Timothy K. Crawford, age 54, a resident of Carol Stream, Illinois, passed away April 5, 2016, at home, surrounded by his family. He was born to Donald and Clareta Crawford on May 8, 1961 in Elgin, Illinois.

He is survived by his wife, who still lives in Carol Stream; two daughters and one son. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Margaret "Peg" Crawford.

Tim graduated from Glenbard North High School in 1979. He and his wife helped to form and were the first co-presidents of the Glenbard North Theater Boosters in 2006. He was a Scout leader for two troops enjoying camping, swimming, hiking. One of his greatest times was riding every roller coaster at Cedar Point. He was an avid reader and one of his favorite sci-fi authors was Scott Sigler. Sigler added Tim as a character in one his books, The Rookie, a five book series about the Galactic Football League (GFL).

Tim was a photographer and later became interested in computers. He was sales manager at several computer stores until he started his own computer consulting company where he was an Apple Certified Network Consultant for more than 15 years.
