David is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Anna (nee Biggs) Flick; mother, Marilyn Martinez; children, Kristine (Paul) Blanton, Kevin (Melissa) Flick, Kimberly (Jackie) Bean and Kathleen (CT) Broske; sisters, Sherry (Jim) Petoskey and Robin (Jerry) Flick; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Flick; stepfather, James Martinez; and brother, Steven R. Flick.
