Born June 11, 1926 in Woburn, MA, a daughter of David E. and Edith (Dornan) Bailey, she had resided in Union, NH since 1936.
Martha was a loving homemaker, mother, and life-long community member. She was a member and Golden Sheaf of Reunion Grange #303 for over 75 years, having held many offices.
Martha has been a member of the Union Congregational Church, having held several offices and was a former member of Stevens Memorial Hand Bell Choir. She was a former Regent of Mary Torr Chapter DAR of Rochester, and life member of the VFW Burrows-Drew Auxiliary Post #7663.
Martha was the widow of John C. Pratt, who died in 1988, after 43 years of marriage. Martha was predeceased by her son John C. Pratt, Jr.; a brother William A. Bailey; three sisters, Eleanor Lemoine, Janet Shea and Priscilla Anderson; and son-in-law Dennis Lynch. She is survived by four children.
