DENTON--Mrs. Bonnie Louise Fields Frazier, 79, formerly of Arthur Ave., in High Point, died Sunday, August 30, 2009, at the home of her son, Terry. She was born on August 17, 1930, in Guilford County to Samuel Rufus and Lala Dickerson Fields. She attended Allen Jay High School and retired from McField in Archdale in 1988. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Richard Frazier; daughter, Brenda Allen; brother, Robert Fields; and a sister, Macie Cecil.
Surviving are a daughter, Janice Collins and husband, Donald, of Trinity; three sons, Sam Frazier and wife, Karen, and Larry Frazier and wife, Debra, all of Trinity, and Terry Frazier and a special friend, Wendy Mashburn, of Denton; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 2 p.m. at J.C. Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville, with Rev. John Sides officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery.
