Floyd H. Summers, 66, of 409 Woodland, died Saturday at the Osteopathic Center. He was born in Macon, Mo., and had lived here since 1942. Mr. Summers was a bus driver for the Kansas City area Transportation Authority and it's predecessor companies 25 years before he retired in 1969. He was a Mason. He was a member of the Budd Park Christian Church. . He leaves his wife, Mrs. Adella Summers of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Jo Ann Ebert, 4323 S. James, Independence, and Mrs. Deborah Gicinto, 2512 Elma; a brother, Basil D. Summers, 225 Garfield, and eight grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Newcomer Brush Creek Chapel; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Masonic services will be 8 p.m. tonight at the chapel, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m.
