Dwayne "Dee Fredrick Frazier, Jr. was born on May 10, 1996 to Lakeisha Thompson and Dwayne Frazier, Sr. in Richmond, Virginia. Dwayne was called home on December 17, 2017 to the pearly gates of heaven.
He graduated from Highland Springs High School in 2014 and was a member of the band. He furthered his education at Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, North Carolina Dwayne received his spiritual guidance from Village of Faith.
He was employed by Road Dawgz Auto Repair as an auto mechanic in Richmond, Virginia. He formally worked for Nissan and the Ford dealerships as a certified mechanic.

Dee as he was known by his family and friends was a laid back person, kind, caring and considerate. In his leisure, he played in a band as a drummer, "Heavy Hittaz" in the Highland Springs Band. Playing drums was a huge part of his life. A loving son, brother, nephew and grandchild that had a spirit and smile that lit up every room he entered. Dee had a passion for working on cars, no matter the problem. He made sure to always attend his brother's sporting events. He was truly a great role model to the neighborhood children.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Lucille Garner. Dwayne is survived by his loving mother, Lakeisha and devoted stepfather, Stanley Thompson; father, Dwayne Frazier, Sr.; two brothers, Tremayne and Latrett; three sisters Kyira, Allaisyn and Kimani; grandparents, Audrey Garner, Larry Jenkens (Lytitia), Lorensia Frazier and Leon White; devoted great-grandmother, Jessie Jenkins; a host of aunts and uncles; one devoted uncle, Deonta Garner; many cousins other relatives and friends.
