WADE JENKINS
Wade Jenkins, 83 of Sheldon, died Thursday morning at Nevada City Hospital, following an illness of several years.
Born on May 13, 1892 in DeWitt, Missouri, he was the son of Matthew and Emma (Rounds) Jenkins. On Nov. 20, 1914 in DeWitt, he married Goldie May Pippin.
A member of the Sheldon Christian Church and a member of the Modern Woodmen of Salisbury, Missouri, Mr. Jenkins had lived in Sheldon for the past 30 years.
Mr. Jenkins is survived by his wife, Goldie, of the home.
Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at Beeny Funeral Home in Sheldon. Interment will be in Sheldon Cemetery.
