Ella Mae Gardner, 81, died Saturday at Mount Holly Nursing Home. She was the former Ella Poteet, a native of Green County, and a member of Valley Christian Church.
Survivors: a daughter, Sue Warren; three sons, Robert H., Marion K., and Billie K. Thomas; two sisters, Stella Reed of Hodgenville and Verna Bragdon of Lawrence, Ind.; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday, McAfee Funeral Home, 4501 Bardstown Road. Burial: Evergreen Cemetery.
