Joy was born in Oakland, California, raised in Utah and moved to California with her husband and two young daughters in the mid '60's and added two more children to the family 10 years later. She graduated from Ben Lomond High School and received her AA degree from Delta College. She has lived in San Hose, Livermore, Manteca, Elk Grove and Sacramento and makes friends everywhere she goes.
She loved to plan, organize and entertain. Family was what mattered most to her.
