He was born July 8, 1966, in Point Pleasant, WV, the son of the Fay (Riffle) Fauver of Leon, and the late Wendell Alfred Fauver.
Alfred was employed by American Electric PowerJohn E. Amos Power Plant Division. He was a 1984 graduate of Point Pleasant High School and was a graduate of Marietta College. He enjoyed farming.
In addition to his mother Fay, other survivors include his son, Alfred Raymond Fauver, Jr. of Leon; sister, Ethel Mae Jordan of Leon, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Service will be 1 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2018, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with a family friend, Burl McCune officiating. Burial will follow in the Baden-Presbyterian
Cemetery, Leon. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Baden-Presbyterian Cemetery, c/o Debbie Whittington, 2560 Evans Road, Leon, WV 25123.
