Bobby Gene Caldwell, Sr. , 72, of Cyclone, WV passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Dignity Hospice House, Chapmanville, WV. Bobby attended the Campus Church of God.
He was born on January 3, 1946 in Cyclone, WV to the late Walter Thomas "Tom" Caldwell (1913-1986) and Virgie Ann Ratliff-Caldwell (1917-1999). In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Madeline "Jackie" Caldwell-Brown-Gilbert (1938-Deceased); two infant brothers; and an infant sister.
Survivors include his wife of ten years, Norma Jean Cox-Caldwell; a daughter, Tina Louise Calewell-Wiley & husband Thomas Wiley of Cyclone; a son, Bobby Gene Caldwell Jr. & wife Elizabeth Caldwell of Davin; a stepdaughter, Stacy Perez of TN; two stepsons, Joshua Harvey & wife Felicia Harvey and Brandon Muncy & wife Kristy Muncy all of TN; six sisters, Geraldine Caldwell-Horton (1940-2019) of OH, Carol Caldwell-Stewart of Cyclone, Charlene Caldwell-O'Neal (B. 1945) of OH, Mary Caldwell-Staggs of MI, Bonnie Caldwell-Moore of FL and Margie Caldwell-Hoosier & husband Bill Hoosier of VA; four brothers, Archie Ray Caldwell (1941-2019) of Cyclone, J.C. Caldwell & wife Linda Caldwell of Davin, Darrell Caldwell of Davin and Kenny Caldwell & wife Lisa Caldwell of VA; five grandchildren Beth Browning & husband Jon Browning, Thomas Wiley Jr., Christina Estep & husband Nathaniel Estep, Meranda Caldwell and Harleigh Caldwell; nine step grandchildren, Juan Perez, Jose Perez, Pedro Perez, Mason Muncey, Anthony Muncey, Joseph Harvey, Alexis Harvey, Kaylee Harvey and Chloe Harvey; seventeen great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday June 2, 2018 at the Campus Church of God, Campus, WV with Pastor Chelsey Noel and Rev. Tommy Cline officiating. He will be laid to rest in Highland Memory Gardens, Logan, WV.
