Russell is survived by his parents John and Lorna King and his sister Kelly King of Montour Falls, NY and his brother Bradley King, his wife Jing and their 2 children of Alameda, California.
Russell was kind, gentle and caring and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and remained an ardent fan of the Carolina Tar Heels basketball team. He had a great sense of humor, could converse knowledgeably on almost any topic and was often found at his computer. For the last several months he had been working to renovate a historic house in Montour Falls.
