Jordan was born JW and went by that until he went in the military. They required full names, so at that point he became Jordan Walker.

He was a preacher. Baptist by faith and traveled all over the state of Kentucky with his two children in tow.

He raised money to help build the Baptist Hospital in Louisville. When he became ill, they wouldn't accept him as a patient because he couldn't pay. It hurt him. He died in the VA hospital.
