He was a preacher. Baptist by faith and traveled all over the state of Kentucky with his two children in tow.
He raised money to help build the Baptist Hospital in Louisville. When he became ill, they wouldn't accept him as a patient because he couldn't pay. It hurt him. He died in the VA hospital.
