Survived by her husband, Jeffry Dale Mullins of Fort Wayne; father and mother, Bill and Genevieve Stapleton of Fort Wayne; sons, Justin Bivens and Zach Partridge, both of Fort Wayne; stepdaughters, Brittanie Mullins and Briana Mullins, both of Fort Wayne; brother, Jeff Stapleton of Fort Wayne; sisters, Cookie Honeycutt of Fort Wayne and Caranall Uffelman of Hoagland; and half-sisters, Sherry and Sharon Stephenson of Middlesboro, Ky. Service is 1 p.m. Saturday at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, with calling form 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
