A Memorial Visitation for Rebecca Jean Leeper Gross, 72, will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2018 starting at 2:00 p.m. until 5:00pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home 1740 East Cedar Avenue, McKenzie, Tn. Becky was born March 19, 1946 in Herrin, IL to Carl Oliver Anthony and Eula Lucille (Jeralds) Leeper. Becky and her husband Val of 52 years retired from the Chicago area and bought their dream home in McKenzie, TN. She always said how fortunate and blessed they were to have such outstanding neighbors. She loved to work outside in her flower gardens almost as much as she loved her family and friends. Known to many, friend to all, she will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and her Brother Glen Leeper.

Survivors include her husband Valentin Gross of McKenzie, two daughters Tiana (Scott) Shelton of Sebree, KY, Monica Wirts of Clarksville, TN, two sisters Linda Burgess and Christina Herrington both of Herrin, IL, five brothers Carl (Mary) Leeper of El Monte, CA, Ronnie Leeper of Herrin, IL, Gary (Kathy) Leeper of Carbondale, IL, Chuck (Sue) Leeper of Zeigler, IL, Phillip (Cheryl) Leeper of McDonough, GA, a grandson Anthony Ramsey of Clarksville, TN, and two great grandsons Luke Ramsey and Duncan Ramsey both of Clarksville, TN.
