MANSFIELD, LA – Funeral services honoring the life of Judy E. Houston will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, LA with Father James Moran officiating, the burial will be at Carmel Cemetery in the Carmel Community. Friends may visit from 11:00 AM until service Wednesday in the Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield.

Judy was born July 14, 1934; she was the daughter of Pete and Irene Procell. She passed away May 26, 2018 in Shreveport, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 66 years Emmett L Houston, her siblings Raymond, Jack, Joe, C. J. Rudy and Florence.

Judy and Emmett attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mansfield for many years.

She is survived by her son Steve and wife Shirley Houston of Bossier City; sisters, Rose Procell Faye and Bonnie Byrd.

Those being honored to serve as pallbearers are, Raymond Quinn Procell, Larry Procell, Bobby Garza, Steven Jones, Lewis Houston and Jeromy Procell.
