Graduate of Bishop Hartley High School and The Ohio State University. Mary was an avid reader, a dog lover, a proud Buckeye and a longtime member of St. Catharine of Sienna Parish. Survived by husband, Gerald; children, Kathleen (Adam) Vanderkolk and Patrick (Kelly) Manley; grandchildren, Ian and Russell; brothers, Michael (Susan) Cavanaugh, Paul (Jean) Cavanaugh and Kevin (Joan) Cavanaugh; brothers-in-law, Donald, Richard (Debbie), Thomas (Tammy), Mitchell Manley; sisters-in-law, Sharon (Rick) Stilwell and Teresa (Michael) Parker; nieces and nephews.
