Michael Gregory Provost, 20-month-old son of Mr./Mrs. Malcolm Provost of Elizabethtown, died at Physicians Hospital yesterday.
In addition to his parents, the child is survived by two brothers, William and Malcolm Jr; his grandparents, Mr./Mrs. George Soulia of Peru.
The Mass of Angels will be offered at St. Augustine's Church, Peru. Burial will be in the family plot in the church cemetery.
The body is at the Soulia residence in Peru.
