Liz was born in Meade County, KY. to her late parents, Richard & Pearl (Peak) Newton. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Richard Wayne Thompson; three sisters & eight brothers.
She is retired after 40 years of services with Enro Shirt Company.
Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, Robin & Rob Miller; a brother, Lovell Newton;
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery Irvington, KY.
