Raymond W Casey, 90, died at Meadowbrook Nursing Home.
He was born the son of John and Anna (O'Leary) Casey.
He was named Citizen of the Year in 1961 by the B'nai Brith. In 1982, he received the Clinton County Libery Bell Award from the Clinton County Bar Assoc. He also received the Caritas Award from the Diocese of Ogdensburg in 1980.
His first wife, Thelma Dillenback Casey, died earlier
He is survived by his wife the former Lillian Weldon; three sons, Robert (Eleanor) Casey, John (Shauneen) Casey and Richard (Sandra) Casey; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (JoAnne) Clain; 32 grandchildren
