She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, her grandson, her grandson.
Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her husband- Ondell Thompson and her parents - Carl and Augusta (Criswell) Elrod, and her brother - Royce Elrod.
Funeral service was May 28, 2018 from The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment followed at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
