PLATTSBURGH - Tracey Jane Howard (Kyea) of Plattsburgh, passed peacefully into the Arms of the Lord on Monday, June 15, 2015 after a short but courageous battle with cancer at the young age of 52 surrounded by her loving family at CVPH Medical Center.
Tracey was the oldest daughter of Gary L. Howard and Josephine A. (Brelia) Howard.
Tracey is survived by her three sons, Randy Joseph, Brian Michael and Robert Howard LaBombard; her parents; her sister, Mary Jo Howard Cassidy; her nephews, Daniel and Nickolas; her Uncle Peter and Aunt Joanne Brelia; and Aunt Lucille Parsons.
Tracey was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Hartwell and Gertrude Brelia; paternal grandparents, Robert Howard and Mary Murphy Howard Strong; and her step grandfather, Horton Strong; her maternal, Uncle Johnny Parsons, Aunt Mary and Uncle Roswell LaBounty, Uncle Oliver and Aunt Blanche Soulia, Uncle Sheridan and Aunt Grace Soulia; and her paternal Uncle William "Bill" and Aunt Kathy Howard.
