Peggy was born on November 6, 1952 in Caldwell County to the late John Woods and Wilma Crisp Woods.
She was previously employed as a knitter in the textile industry.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at Burke Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 until 2:30 P.M. at Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese.
