Nancy “Sue” Hatfield, 63, of Philippi, died Wednesday, May 23, 2018, in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, following a brief illness.
She was born May 14, 1955, at Grafton, a daughter of the late James Earl (Sr.) and Vonda Marie (Auvil) Nestor.
Survivors include one sister, Hattie Nestor and companion Mike Weaver, Thornton; one brother, James Earl Nestor Jr. and wife Melissa, Thornton; nieces and nephews, Mikey (Brittany) Weaver, Chris Nestor, Dessica “Sissy” Nestor, Tina (Chris) Sylva, J. W. Nestor, Lynnessa Henderson, Greg Weaver and Mike Weaver; several grandnieces and grandnephews; several cousins and many friends.
Mrs. Hatfield was a homemaker. She enjoyed attending the World Life Church of God in Philippi. She enjoyed cooking and baking for church fund-raisers. She also enjoyed reading and family holidays and cookouts.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at the Stemple & Forman Funeral Home, 966 South Main Street, Philippi. Pastor Joe Palmer will officiate and interment will follow in the Mt. Morris Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Friday and from 9:00 until 11:00 A.M., the funeral hour, on Saturday.
