Michael Raymond Boswell a caring father and devoted widower passed away at 71 on May 7th, 2018 at Sutter Roseville Hosp after suffering a stroke due to prostate cancer.

Born in Des Moines, Iowa on August 24th, 1946. In 1952 he moved to California with his family.

A magician from his youth he performed magic anywhere whenever he saw opportunity. He was very protective of his family and ensured their needs were always met. He served two years in Vietnam for the Navy on the USS Morton and three in the reserves.

On July 24,1976 he married his beautiful sweetheart Molly Hanner Bristol, while attending Cerritos College in Norwalk. Molly fell ill in 1987 to an unknown brain disease. Michael decided that he would care for her with unconditional love until her final day on October 26, 2008.

He was well known in the Loomis community for nearly 27 years. Known for his unique personality and humor he had a way of bringing smiles to all sorts of people. He will be missed. He is survived by his children Heather Elizabeth (1979), Sean Michael (1984), his siblings Sue Ann (1948), Mark Roth (1950), Steven Anthony (1953), and Martin Raul (1961). The 180 Church in Rocklin will hold a service on May 26th at 3pm. A ceremony will be held on June 8th at 11 am at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery.
