Parsell on December 18, 1959, she survives with two daughters and son in laws Jacqueline & James Hale, Teresa & Dennis Surfus, a brother and sister in law Theodore & Linda McClellan, grandchildren Joseph Hale & Leslie Campbell, Jenna Hale, Daniel Walter & Courtney Walter, Mitchell Walter & Shana Walter, Trent Surfus, great grandchildren Noah Walter, Payton Hale, Corbin Walter Lacey Walter.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leroy & Bernice McClellan and a brother James McClellan.
