Randy Lee Neal, 64, of Summerfield, NC, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Moses Cone Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 26, at First Baptist Church of Summerfield with Dr. Richard Odom and Rev. Bill Young officiating. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. in the church foyer.

Randy was born in Forsyth County, the son of the late Paul Lee Neal and Doris Smith Neal on June 21, 1959, his father bought the Summerfield Feed Mill and moved the family to Summerfield which became their home. Randy joined the family business some 20 years ago and enjoyed the customers and community there. In his spare time, you could find him in the garden. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Summerfield, and had previously been employed by Sears, R.H. Baringer and Georgia Pacific before joing the family business.

Surviving are his mother, Doris Smith Neal; daughter, Brandi Neal (Leonard Hunt)m sister Arlene Neal; brother Steve Neal; grandson Hunter Hunt; and best friend and significant other, Sandra Lafata, and her granddaughter, Gabbriela Oates.
