Gary Allen Harrison, 77, of Finchville, Kentucky, formerly Louisville, passed away on May 21, 2018.
Gary was born on December 17, 1940 in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Paul and Lucille (Traylor) Harrison.

He was a member of Southeast Christian Church. He served the United States Navy for 4 years as an air traffic controller. Gary completed his tool and die apprenticeship at International Harvester and later moved to General Electric from which he retired. Gary enjoyed his many hobbies. In addition to being an excellent toolmaker, he loved woodworking, flying, boating, reading, music, and computers.

He was also preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Sue Harrison and sister Elaine Marshall.

Gary is survived by daughter, Traci Walls and her husband Todd, grandchildren Hunter and Ashley Walls, brothers Tommy Harrison, David Harrison, Kevin Harrison, and sister Marlena Wyatt. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 24, 2018 . His funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
